You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use AgentIsland on Macs you own or control. A Pro licence key may be activated on a limited number of machines and can be moved between them by deactivating one and activating another.
Redistribute, resell or sublicense the application; share a Pro licence key with people outside your household or organisation; or remove or work around the licensing mechanism.
Pro is a one-time purchase, billed through a merchant of record who acts as the seller and handles applicable taxes. There is no subscription and nothing renews; the licence does not expire, though it may be revoked for a chargeback or a refund. If the app does not do what this site says it does, ask for a refund within 14 days and you will get one.
Sponsored lines may be shown on the free tier, which they fund. A Pro licence includes the ability to switch them off, and once switched off they stay off. No payment, credit, discount or other consideration accrues to you for any sponsored line shown, on either tier.
AgentIsland works alongside command-line tools published by other companies. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by any of them, and their behaviour is outside our control. If one of them changes, the integration may stop working until it is updated.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You remain responsible for what your agents do on your machine — including anything you approve through AgentIsland.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
This licence ends if you breach it. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the application.
